We have to sharpen our mower blades every week because of the amount of acreage we have to cover down here in Texas. And if you’re like us, using a hand-held grinder on a vice-mounted blade just doesn’t cut it (forgive the pun), as we can’t guarantee a perfect 30 degree angle.

So after a bunch of experimentation, I found a cool hack by EMB User Advisor Randy Dulin (Dulin Cut ‘n Trim) for getting the perfect angle when sharpening our mower blades.
