I’m sure we’ve all been busy mowing grass and making that cash this summer.
This busy season is great for us lawn care professionals, but I want to remind everyone that it’s important to take care of your skin while spending long hours out in the hot sun.
I know it’s easy to forget, but your skin needs protection from those powerful UV rays. In this video, I’ll be taking you through my go-to clothes that I reach for when I know I’m going to be exposing myself to the sun while working a lawn care job.
Believe it or not, I actually don’t use sunscreen as much because I know these clothes will protect me against sunburns and other damage caused by UV rays.
