Identify how much pressure, or gallons per minute, your water hose is going to put out

Use a standard hose so you get the proper pressure coming out

Measure the pressure with a decent water bucket

Multiply the amount of water in the bucket by how long it took to fill
If you follow these simple steps, you’ll know exactly what water pressure you have, and that lets you buy the right pressure washer for your set-up.
