If you saw my last video, you know I live in Western Canada and weather conditions can be harsh here. Due to our climate, snow removal is a major service in demand here, so today, I want to share with the ECHO Means Business community some alternative pricing methods for snow removal.

In Calgary, for example, snow removal contracts typically run from November 1st to March 31st. It may vary depending on the city you live in, but I think switching from season contracts to monthly ones will benefit your business.
