How do you accurately measure a driveway (or any outdoor work area such as patio, lawn, etc.), especially those that are irregularly shaped?

Why do we care? Measure twice, cut once! Knowing the proper measurements of the work surface you’re estimating will ensure you’re not shorting yourself when quoting projects.
